From the media vault, Spinnaker Island was featured in this article in the New York Times.

The units are designed to blend with houses in the neighboring towns of Boston Harbor's South Shore region. Their sharply sloped roofs, paned bay windows and gray, weathered-looking shingles are part of an effort to match traditional New England styles, according to Joseph F. Grazado of Grazado Velleco Architects, one of the project's two architects. Mr. Grazado said he was able to turn the island's fortresslike appearance and high-pitched terrain to advantage by modeling the design on an Italian hill village. This way, he said, ''auto and pedestrian spaces are the same, and every unit has a terrific water view.''
